Quick answers to the most common questions about booking and what to expect when we arrive.
How long does a detail take?
Roughly: an Exterior Wash is 30 to 60 minutes, a Full Clean is 1.5 to 2 hours, and a Full Detail is 3 to 4 hours. We'll give you a clearer ETA when we confirm your appointment.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. We're fully mobile, so we bring water, power, and everything else we need. All we ask is enough room to open the doors and walk around the vehicle. Power and water hookups aren't required.
What if it rains?
For exterior work we may need to reschedule if heavy rain is in the forecast, since the paint needs a dry surface. We'll reach out the day before or that morning if we need to move things. Interior-only work isn't affected.
Where should I park while you work?
Anywhere with enough room to open the doors fully and walk around the vehicle. Driveways, residential streets, and condo or office parking all work. If your spot has restrictions or time limits, let us know when you book so we can plan around them.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Just let us know as early as you can and we'll work it out. If we arrive for a confirmed appointment and the vehicle isn't available or there's no access, we may charge a small no-show fee for future bookings.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash or card on completion, or pay in advance online by card through our secure Square checkout. We confirm the final price with you before we start, so what you see is what you pay.
Do you offer ceramic coating (paint protection)?
Not at the moment. We're focused on the two detailing packages on the menu. A Full Detail includes a spray wax or paint sealant for shine and short-term protection, and we'll update this page when ceramic coating is back on the menu.
