These terms apply when you use our website and when you book detailing or window tint services with SunCity Car Care. Please read them carefully.

Agreement to These Terms
By using this website or booking a service with SunCity Car Care ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Our Services
We provide mobile auto detailing and window tint installation for cars, trucks, and motorcycles within our Miami, FL area service zone. Service descriptions and starting prices on this website are provided to help you choose; the work performed and the final price are confirmed with you before we begin.
Mobile service is available within our service area and may include an additional charge. Where we cannot safely perform a service on location, we may ask you to bring the vehicle to us instead.
Booking an Appointment
Submitting a request through our website, chat assistant, WhatsApp, phone, or email is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a date, time, and location.
For mobile service, you are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough space to work. Please let us know in advance if there are parking restrictions or other access limitations. We may reschedule if conditions on arrival make it unsafe or impractical to perform the work.
Pricing, Estimates, and Payment
Prices shown on this website are starting estimates. Your final price depends on the vehicle's size and condition, how dirty it is, the options you choose, and any add-ons. We confirm the final price with you before starting the work. Excessively dirty or heavily soiled vehicles may incur an additional cleaning fee.
Payment is due on completion of the service unless we agree otherwise. You may pay in person by cash or card, or pay online in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Online payments are subject to Stripe's terms. Any difference between an online prepayment and the confirmed final price is settled on the day of service.
Promotions and discounts are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may change or end at any time.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. If we arrive for a confirmed appointment and cannot perform the service because the vehicle is not available, access was not provided, or no one is present, we may treat it as a missed appointment and may charge a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.
We may also need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If we do, we will work with you to find another time.
Your Responsibilities
Before your appointment, please remove personal belongings, valuables, and any items you do not want handled from the vehicle. Tell us about pre-existing damage, wraps, aftermarket film or coatings, sensitive finishes, or mechanical issues. Provide accurate information about the vehicle and the service you want.
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to arrange service for it.
Results, Warranties, and Limitations
We take pride in our work and will address visible issues with our work before we leave the job. Results depend on the vehicle's age, condition, paint, and prior care, and some imperfections, stains, odors, or wear may not be fully removable.
Window tint film may carry a manufacturer's warranty as described to you at the time of service; that warranty is provided by the manufacturer on its terms. Except as required by law or expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear; for mechanical, electrical, or structural issues; for items left in the vehicle; or for damage caused by conditions disclosed to us or that could not reasonably have been discovered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to SunCity Car Care or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use it for other purposes without our permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services, including a payment processor (Stripe) and an AI provider that powers our chat assistant. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from our site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
